Are you licensed and insured?

Yes! We are licensed through the city of Wichita and the State of Kansas and carry the appropriate insurance required by Kansas law.

Do you setup on grass or concrete?

We can setup on either grass or concrete, although grass is preferred if available.

What if it rains on the day of my event or I need to cancel?

We will call the day before your event to confirm your information and times for setup and tear down. You can cancel up until two hours before your event. Once we have reached the two hour mark, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Do you provide a hose for the water slide units?

Yes, there is a hose that we provide that connects to your personal hose. These units do require a standard water hose to connect to your water source.

Do the inflatable rentals and interactive units require the use of power the entire time we’re using it?

Yes, they will require power the entire duration of your reservation or use time.

Do you staff events?

Yes, however there is additional fee for staffed events. Call to learn more.

Do you offer any specials or seasonal packages?

Please let us know what items you are interested in, we will run seasonal specials or discounts for purchasing multiple units and for repeat customers. You can also sign up for our quarterly newsletter that highlights all upcoming specials to learn more.

Do you deliver to my area for free?

That depends on your event location. There is no delivery fee for those located in Sedgwick Co. Please contact us to learn more about our delivery fees and if they apply to your event area. 

What are the best rentals for Summer?

We would recommend visiting the water slide section of our website or viewing the Dunk Tank in the Interactives section.

What rentals would you recommend for corporate events?

We provide everything from table and chair rentals to our popular mechanical bull. We consistently rent items such as our dunk tank, obstacle courses and interactive units to our corporate customers. We recommend contacting us so we can learn more about your specific event to provide customized suggestions.
